What we collect
The photo you upload, the video generated from it, and basic technical data needed to deliver the service (job identifier, status, timestamps). We do not require an account and we do not ask for your name.
How it is used
Your photo is sent to the AI model only to render your video. We do not use your photo or video to train models, and we do not sell your data.
Retention
Photos and rendered videos are stored in private object storage and are deleted automatically after 30 days. Your browser stores a private job link in local storage so you can return to your video; clear your browser storage to remove it.
Payments
Checkout is handled by Waffo Pancake. Payment details are entered on Waffo’s hosted checkout and are never received by us. Waffo processes the payment and sends us a confirmation that a video was paid for.
Processors
We use Cloudflare for hosting and storage and PixVerse for video generation. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the page is used — for example which step of the upload and checkout flow is abandoned, and how visitors scroll and click. Clarity may record anonymised session replays and heatmaps. Both tools set first-party cookies. Clarity masks sensitive content by default and we do not send your photo, video, email or payment details to either tool. You can block these scripts with a browser extension or content blocker without losing access to the service.
Your choices
You can request deletion of your video before the 30-day window by emailing us with your job link. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, or object to processing of your personal data.
